i will go to shanghai on the 26 sept 2010 for 1 week, is there any fast train goes to being? because i have 2 days free and i want to spend that day goes to beijing and bact to shanghai in the next day, is it possible?

I'm afraid it is not possible to do it in two days, that would make you only have less than one day time to pay a visit. You'd better choose another city around Shanghai, such as Suzhou, Hangzhou or Nanjing. They are also famous tourist cities in China.
