can you guide about the mts? how to use that... and also I heard about some dragon plaza... where is it?

As I know the opening hour is 1000-2100 and it has the only indoor Roller Coaster in Hongkong on its 9th floor. 1st-3rd floor are department stores; on 5th floor, one can find fashionable stuff and clothes; restaurants and skating rink are located on 8th floor.
The best place to view a symphony of lights is the Avenue of stars.
