Hi, I want get z visa to China. My company in China already prepared all the document but we got the problem about the invitation letter. In Invitation letter, my chinese partner write down "Please apply this letter to the Chinese embassy in Syria". The problem i facing now is the chinese goverment didn't accept this one. The want us to write Iraq Embassy, What i know so far that Chinese embassy in Iraq can't make z visa so must go to Syria.

My Question is, Can I apply working visa in Syria but in the invitation letter mentioned "Please apply this letter to the Chinese embassy in Iraq"
