Hi, Could you please advise what is the easiest way (or buses） to get from Macau Ferry Terminal/Fisherman's Wharf -> Senado Square (Ruins' of St. Paul) -> Macau Tower?

From Macau Ferry Terminal to Fisherman's Wharf, the distance is within walking distance, very close. From Fisherman's Wharf to Senado Square, you can take Bus 3, 3A, 10 or 10A. From Senado Square to Macau Tower, you can take Bus 18.
