About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

we will arrive at chengdu from KL at 1340 and we take domestic flight to Xian at 1550, how far is the domestic terminal from int'l terminal.Do we have to take a cab ?

Both of the international and domestic flights are in the same terminal of Chengdu Airport. Time is enough for you to make transfer. No need to take a cab at all.
