Hi,I'm citizen of Georgia. We plan to travel to Zhuhai and would like to visit Macau for one day trip. Can we get Visa on the Border of Zhuhai and Macau?

You do not need visa to Macao. But you do need one to enter Zhuhai. Zhuhai visa can be reached at port when you arrive and it can allow you to stay in Zhuhai for 5 days. I kindly inform you that if you want to visit other cities in mainland China, you'd better apply for a China visa through Chinese embassy or consulate in US.
