About:Shopping in Macau

Hi,

I am planning to visit Macau, Hongkong in sep'2010.

Can anyone suggest what all the things that can be purchases at low cost?

I have heard that jewellery(GOLD) is cheap thre, is it true?

And if it is true wat is the authenticity of that gold?

Since Hong Kong and Macau are all duty free, goods in there is cheaper than other places. Yes, gold and jewelry is cheaper here, to endure the quality, buy it in some large shopping malls like Guia de Cedade.

I thank you for the information.
Goods are duty free but the rate of Gold in Hongkong(China) and India are almost same so how can it be possible to get gold at cheaper rate?
Please give me some idea about it.
What kind of goods can be bought?
Like electromic items, Apparels etc?

Hi, you can buy clothes there, at Hong KOng Industrail Center, which is a wholesale market in Hong Kong.
