About:Chinese Embassy in South Korea

Hi, I hold a British passport and currently in China on a L tourist visa.

I done some research to do a study course in China shanghai, If i get a invitation letter from the university. Can i apply for a F visa in 1 of Seoul's listed agencies? If i can how long will it take?

Why don't you apply it in Hong Kong? To apply through an agency from Seoul is unnecessary, and it reuires you with an ARC for korea too.
