About:China Embassy in Thailand

i'm an american expat living in china. i want my thai girlfriend to come stay and live with me. she came here once on a tourist visa but was required to give proof of round trip flight ticket and proof of china hotel booking. if she stays with me she won't be staying at a hotel. i live near hong kong so a multi-entry tourist visa would be sufficient. is it hard for thai people to get multiple entry tourist visas? do they need special documentation?

For tourist visa, there is few chance to be issued a multi entry. If necessary, application for travel visa needs the certification of the applicant's identity, round-trip (vehicle, ship) ticket or travel check or bank saving statement; But generally, the L visa can be extended twice in China.
