I have to make a business travel to this city. What about the night live. restaurants, hotels,what is the best way to arrival from Shanghai air port to Changzhou?is it possible to rent a car driving my self,is the  traffic sign in English?

There is no direct transportation from Shanghai Pudong Airport to Changzhou. You have to make transfer in downtown area, where there are trains and long-distance buses to Changzhou.Not suggested that you drive to Changzhou by yourself if it is your first time here.
