I am indian and i have been travel china 4 times. Now i want to apply for 12 months multi entry L Visa.so do i need something special document? and can i get visa same day ? or can i send my passport by post to Rome China embassy ? i am living in Lecce now.

There is no special visa requirements for a multi-entry visa to China. you can just fill the application form with your multi entry request, and better to provide proofs that you need visit China frequently this year. And your previous China visas are helpful when apply visa this time at the embassy. You need to make an appointment online for your application first, and submit it in person. There is no rush service available, it will take about one week for visa processing.
