One more question: HONG KONG style ROAST DUCK? Where can I buy it in Beijing? Is it posible to find itin Wangfujing Dajie shopping center? Thanks much.

Hong Kong style, should be some like to Cantonese style? Haven't found it at any shops, but you could have a taste at these Cantonese restaurant.
