Get into Tsim Sha Tsui MTR Station just nearby from the shopping mall then take metro to Admiralty, one stop. Get out of the Exit B and you can find bus stop of BUs 629 and a ticket office of Ocean Park. To avoid waiting line in the park entrace, you can consider to buy ticket here. The bus will take you to park directly.
