About:Beijing Attractions

I am flying home to Manila via Beijing this December is it possible I can drop by the city like what they in Singapore. Or I mean Do I have to arrange it here in Abudhabi or when I only arrive in Beijing. What is the weather like in Beijing during December?

It is very cold in December and need to wear sewaeter and down coat. If you do not have visa, you can not leave the airport.
