I am hoping to to China this month.Where can I buy a Dell laptop in Beijing or Shanghai.

There are many PC computers in Beijing and shanghai.
Beijing: Zhongguancun, Buynow, Pinganli Electrical Market...
Shanghai:Buynow in Xujiahui, Syber...
You can easily find Dell in these big markets.

Or you can also book one from Dell, China and have it shipped to your living place.
