It is still raining recently and natural disaters can happen any time. Not clear if it will turn better in a month. But if it continues, better fly to Jiuzhaigou.

Natural disasters is a strong term!! There can be land slides but the public bus goes up from Chengdu every day. There should be a new road open via Wenchuan and Songpan on the 1st of October which should be fine.
