I'm going to Hong Kong Disneyland in December and staying at Disneyland Hollywood Hotel. Could you please tell me how to get to the following places:

1. From HK airport to Disneyland Hollywood Hotel in Lantau;
2. From Disneyland Hollywood Hotel to Harbor Ferry (where there is a starhouse building)
3. From Harbor Ferry to night market

Can you recommend any good dim sum and roast duck in Hong Kong and tell me how to get there.
