My family is planning to go to Beijing and Tianjing in early december this year. Wonder if the weather is too cold for my son who will just turn three then? Some one
told me Beijing air is really polluted and should not take my young son there. Any advice?

Thanks for the info and advice, Ms Celiana. I think I will go ahead with our plan to holiday in Beijing and Tianjin. Yes my son is already looking forward to making snowman when I told him that there will be snow. For that we will make a trip to the ski resort. We will be visiting the Great Wall, summer palace and other main attractions of Beijing. As we will be outdoor most of the time, are there any other things that will help to prepare my son for the trip?

Hi Mrs, except of the cold air, I think you could take easy with the little child.

Hi, the weather in Beijing and Tianjin will be cold then, prepare some warm clothes for your son. And the it is dry there, prepare some baby lotion to protect his skin. This "someone" is too much exaggerated, since in winter the days are not like in spring or summer, I mean so clean, but you can still be there for a visit. Before going there, keep noticing the weather forecast there since the weather is totally different than in Singapore, and also prepare warm clothes like down coat, sweaters.BTW, it might snow in Dec. I think your son will be much excited by it.
