About:Jade Dragon Snow Mountain

Hi, can anyone tell me is the big cable car that can bring us to the highest point (4680m?)in Jade Dragon Snow Mountain working now?I plan to go in mid Dec'10.Also what weather can I expect?can we ski up there?

Are these area e.g Kunming,Dali,Lijiang,etc affected by recent floods?Thks

No, not working now. I think it is possible to reopen in December. Weather in Lijiang is fine and not too cold, but still need to bring thick clothes especially at night. Need to wear downcoat in the snow mountain. Not affected by the flood.
