About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Is Sept 10 an idea month to travel to North east China such as Harbin, Jilin, Changchun and Dalian? Uncertain about weather conditions?. Please advice also the fare for taxi and bus. Thanks.

Hi Kek, if your interest is to visit the ice and snow sculptures, Sept is not a good time. Dec to Feb is the best season to visit north east China, but it will be freezing cold.
