About:Transfer in T3 of Beijing Capital Airport

Is the China visa taken away from you when you enter China? I will be arriving into Beijing and then leaving the country for 2 weeks, and returning for one overnight in Beijing before flying back to the US. Will I need a second vis?

No, sir visa is on your passport and will not be taken away. Please take a look at your visa entries, if it is a single entry visa, then you need to apply for a new one to re-enter China. But if it is a double entry or multi-entry visa, you do not need another visa.

On the other hand, if you take a flight to Beijing Airport and then head for US in 24 hours, visa will not be required when you stay at an airport hotel.
