About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

Hi! i am Malaysian and my husband is chinese from china. i am going to give birth in Malaysia soon, thus my baby is gonna be malaysian. I will go back to China after my confinement. I would lke to know if my baby requires to apply for china visa? I am having china working visa at the moment.

Yes, your baby needs to apply for a visa. As accompanying family dependent, he should provide a visa notification issued by the authorized Chinese unit or proof of kinship, his birth certificate, and a copy of your Z-visa as well as Residence Permit.
