How far is the Tianjin cruise port from the shuttle bus stops?

I am travelling from Beijing Airport by shuttle bus to Tanggu, Tianjin City to catch a cruise ship at Cruise Port. How far is the cruise port from where the shuttle bus stops and is a taxi the best way to get there from the bus stop.
