hi,i am  doing post graduation at a city called jinzhou and my residency permit is issued her at jinzhou. now i want to change my university to guangxi.what do i have to do for the permit in guangxi?

You have to go the Jinzhou Public Security Bureau to make the  check out registration, after you go to Guangxi, within 10 days, please go to the local Public Security Bureau to make the check in registration.
