I think you can go to Shanghai.

You could get cheap stuff in Shanghai/Shenzhen... If you come to Beijing, you can visit zhonguancun (Hailong), the biggest electronics market... Drop me a msg if u r there... I have a contact there who gives the best price for all products to Indians, otherwise you'd have to spend 2 hours doing bargain!!!
