About:China Business Visa

Hi, Im a director of a startup company in India. We are going to get some electronic devices manufactured in China. I need to apply for a business visa for this. Being a start up (company formed in July) will it be a problem to apply for the F-visa. Also, I might need to travel several times this year to china. Can I apply for a 12 month multiple entry.
Also, do I need to have the air ticket and hotel bookings done before applying?
Thanks,
NS

Being start up company, it does not affect your visa. You can apply for a multiple entry visa if you have an original notice of visa authorization from a duly authorized Chinese organization in China, namely, Ministries and Commissions of the State Council, the Government of all Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Municipalities directly under the Central Government, and Foreign Affairs Offices and Bureaus of Economy and Commerce thereunder, and departments and units recognized by the Department of Consular Affairs of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People’s Republic of China, with a multiple entry visa notification.

A letter of invitation from China and one Covering letter from your own company addressed to the visa office. It is better if you have your air tickets and hotel bookings.
