I have no idea if the road can be fixed well before you are going. You can pay attention to the news. It costs more by airplane. The air ticket costs about 1100RMB now. The Jiuzhaigou Valley ticket is 220RMB per person. You have to live and ay rent van within jiuzhaigou area.
