Hello,I come to China with L visa and now i have oversaty for about 7months. and am willing to pay for my overstayed am now in Beijing. if you want to pay for overstay here in Beijing they will take the overstay money i put you in an Hotel that you will be paying 200RMB a day and sometimes you can be there at the Hotel for a month waiting for your Visa and i don,t have that much money and my Airticket back home is from Guangzhou. I need your help can you pls, tell me what city is best for me to go and pay for my overstay?

Mr.murphy, you can go to Guangzhou to surrender yourself to the police, however, you also need to pay for the penalty and stay for some days for visa, now, money is not the most important issue, anyhow, you violate the Chinese law, overstay in China for 7 months. If you don't cooperate with the police, you will be prohibited to enter China for a long time.
