There is no bus go to Xianyang Railway Station at that time, the best way is take taxi to Xianyang Railway Station, which can cost around CNY20, and then find a hotel and stay overnight, in the next day take train or bus to Yangling. The university is around 800 meters to Yangling Railway Station and Yangling Bus Station, it is very easy to find. The bus ticket from Xianyang to Yangling is around CNY6.
