The Tianjin Exhibition Center is Hexi District, nearby Tianjin Museum, Yinhe Park and Tianjin Amusement Park. The nice Tianjin Sheraton Hotel is just located, which charges USD130~184/night. Of course, there are also some cheaper ones, I think you could find more on this website's hotel list.
