Hi,
Greetings.
1)What is the differences between the Octopus card and MTR card ?

2) Could both cards be use on city buses, peak tram, mini bus, ferry, etc ?

3) the validity of both cards ?

1) MTR Card is Octopus Card, if you mean the one that can pay the MTR fare with a tapping on the precessor.
2) Yes, Octopus card can be used on city buses, MTR, Peak Tram, Tramway, Mini Bus, Ferry, and even some stores like 7-11.
3. If you have not added value to your Octopus for 1,000 days or above, your Octopus will be deactivated. You can go to any Customer Service Centre at MTR stations to have it reactivated free of charge.
