You have to apply for a new China visa again by using your new passport, please submit all requirements and pay the fee again. There is no replacement service for China visa. You have to apply for it through the Chinese Visa Application Service Center in KL. The Chinese embassy doesn't accept China visa application from ordinary passport holders.
