Hi. will be visiting Jiuzhaigou in 1st week Sept. Is it necessary to carry thick clothing? Also, is the trip suitable for senior citizens ? is there a lot of walking to do?

You can tale some long sleeves T-shirts and light coats and Jackets. No need to bring thick clothing. It is cool but nor too cold.There may be a lot walking. For senior citizen, you can hire a car with a skillful driver for them since some sections of the road are hazardous and especially dangerous at night.
