The ticket counter will be open in terms of the bus station's operating time. Usually from 06:00 to 20:00. As for going to Rilong, you should take the bus to Xiaojin and get off in Rilong Town enroute. As I know, the buses to Xiaojin do leave in the morning around 07:00~08:00, so please purchase the ticket one day in advance.
