If i would like to visit to tibet thru kathmandu, must i apply the group china visa from china embassy in kathmandu? If i go tibet v my brother and we also wish to visit to shanghai together after visited to the tibet, can we proceed our journey without the need to split the group china visa (which have applied in kathmandu) into individual visa if the group visa is only for 2 of us? Also, what is the duration normally granted by china embassy in kathmandu if my trip to tibet is about 10 days? Will our visa expired before we can able to reach shanghai (if we take train from Lhasa) & we wish to spend about 3 days there? In addition, must i sign up for a trip v a travel agency in order to get the tibet travel permit to visit tibet?
