how do i go there from the West Lake? can i take a bus? how long is the journey?

therefore, broadly i have planned my itinerary in such a way as follows:

1)arrival in hangzhou railway station
2)visit the West Lake
3)visit fu yang
4) shopping at Qing He Fang, Hubin Shopping District and Wulin Shopping District.

can someone provide information on how i can get to these places by bus?
