Are Yunnan and Sichuan still affected by the flood? I'm going there end of August. And will I have to take warmer clothes? Thanks

No, the flood has no effect in Yunan and Suchuan now, at least most of the region, but there is still constant rainfall. It will be okay in the end of August. You can take a light jacket. The temperature is not low at that time, but weather is changeable especially in Yunnan.
