About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Hi,

My boyfriend (who has a French passport) is on a working holiday visa in Melburne. Can he still apply for the Chinese Visa in Melbourne, or does he have to get that in France?

He can apply for a visa to China in Melbourne. And he should provide valid Australian visa as well as entry record to the Consulate General, both the original and the copy.
