The normal route is: take regular Chengyang-Sanyang bus but alight at Huangpai. Then waiting for the bus to Mapang. The fact is bus back from Mapang to Sanjiang stop runing early, so, if possible, get to Mapang first. However，I still suggest you rent a van for your tour to Chengyang and Mapang. Rural bus there is terrible.0
