As I know there is no travel agent in Malaysia sell the peak day ticket. Where I can get the peak day ticket for 29/10, 30/10 and 31/10? Can I get it on the spot? Can I just use the peak day ticket to enjoy the World Expo closing on 31/10?

You can buy ticket on the spot, you can also book tickets through China Telecom, China Mobile, China Post and Bank of Communications, they have booking numbers on their website, you can contact them for booking. Surely you can visit the Expo with Peak Day ticket on 31/10
