About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

My wife is uk resident from Malaysia, i am British I have a dual nationality. I have a uk passport, HK ID card and China ID card (for travelling to china without visa)

We were both married in UK and we have two children. so, should we also get a marriage registration in China under Chinese Laws?

You don't need to get a marriage registration in China under Chinese laws again. If you want to use your marriage license in China, please certificated by UK Foreign Affairs Ministry and Chinese embassy/consulates in Uk, then your Marriage License can be recognized and used in China.
