Hello,I would like to know which bus to take from Luoyang (stay at Peony hotel) to Longmen Grottoes? I see the busses 81 and 53 will bring you there but where do they leave from and what is the price of this bus ride? And will this bus make no stops at souvenir shops? ANd after visiting the grottoes is it easy to get a bus back to Luoyang? Will tehy leave at the entrance of the grottoes?Much thanks in advance for your help.Kind regards.

There is a bus stop called Qilihe just in front of your hotel. Take bus 101 there to Wangcheng Guangchang Dong (王城广场东). Then change to bus 81 to Longmen Grotto, the last stop. The bus fare is 2.5RMB totally. For these are public city buses but not for tourism, they do not stop at souvenir shops. BUs 81 is just st the entracnce of Longmen Gottos.
