Which place in TST?! Well, China Ferry Terminal is in TST, you can walk there and then take ferry to Macau. It costs 150HKD to Macau and about 55 minutes on the ferry.
To COean Park, take MTR from TST to Admiralty (8.5HKD, 5 minutes). Get out from Exit B and there is a Ocean Park ticket office. Buy ticket here and take bus 629 (10.6HKD, 20 minutes) there to Ocean Park directly. Take the same bus back to Admiralty and get off the metro station to look for bus 15 (9.8HKD, 10 minutes). The bus can take you up to the top of Victoria Peak. You can take bus 15 or 15C (4.3HKD, 5 minutes) at Peak Tram to Central Ferry Terminal. Then take Star Ferry at Pier 7 (If I remember right) to Tsim Shs Tsui. Walk a long the Harbor (or to Star Avenue) to see the light show.

To Ngong Ping, take mtr to Lao King and then change another line to Tung Chung (totally 15.5HKD, 40 minutes). Leave from ExitB and walk t 5minutes to Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car Station. Take cable to Ngong Ping (107HKD for round trip). Back to Tung Chung again, then walk to CityGate Outlets, 10 minutes I think. Take MTR back to TST from Tung Chung, then leave the station from Exit B2. Walk 10-15 minutes along Cameron Road toward TST East. Then comes the museum. Take bus 110 opposite the science museum to causeway Bay (Victoria Garden,Gloucester Rd, 9.3HKD for three stops). Causeway bay back to TST by mtr via Admiralty, 10.5HKD for ten minutes.
