About:Tickets of Shanghai Expo

We are 4 persons ,which site is online for buy ticket for 18 to 21 oct.
If we cant reserve ticket ,how is buy ticket in shanghai?
We must reserve ticket before that?

You'd better reserve ticket in advance and you can reserve ticket online in some appointed websites which can be found in the Expo official website.
