Hi! Can somebody help me with this? I need to track someone and I have the persons Chinese Citizen Id, how can i search this persons current location and contact information? I also have the persons cellphone number but when i tried to call, it says they just bought the cell phone number? How would i know what cell phone the person is using now? Help me.I cannot understand Chinese.
