I am planing a trip in the Transsiberian from Moscow to Beijing. I will need to get the chinnesse visa during the trip, and I wonder if is possible to do it in Irkutsk. I have spanish passport and I will stop in Irkutsk from tuesday 10th to thursday 12th of august.

If it is possible, i would like to ask you:

- which documents do I need?
- how much does it cost?
- which week day sand at what tme is the chinnesse consulate in irkutsk open?
