Carla, welcome to Xian. I'm a Xian local. Xian is an ancient city full of history and culture. However, 2 days is enough to cover the highlights. First day you can visit the terracotta warriors museum, Huaqing Hot Spring, Big wild goose pagoda and provincial museum. Next day, visit the bell and drum towers, great mosque, small goose pagoda. Anyway, it's based on your interest. If you need any other information, I am glad to help.

Xian is a city full of culture and history. Without a guide telling you the knowledge and history about the site, you wouldn't get much of the city. If you want to get around on your own, you'd better find a guide to help you.
