You can spend three days in visiting Shanghai and use the other two days to visit Suzhou and Hangzhou. They are all worthy of a visit.

During the three days in Shanghai, you can go to visit the Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund & Huangpu River.Try the Huangpu River Cruise which is very exciting.
Then you can go to Yuyuan Garden, Jade Buddha Temple and Shanghai Xin Tian Di.
If you have enough time, you can visit the 2010 expo.

I will reach Pudong airport at 12.55pm (25/10/10). Plan to go Suzhou directly from airport and spend 2nights there and then back to Shanghai and stay for another 2nights. What is ur advice?
And may I know how to get to Suzhou from Pudong airport which is faster and comfort?

Hi, once arrive at Pudong Airport, please follow the directions to the airport bus station where you could catch a coach to get to downtown Suzhou directly.

As for the tour in Suzhou, you could choose 2 or 3 gardens or spend a half day to the Tiger Hill. Actually, 1.5 days are enough to visit the essence of this city. On the third noon, you could take a bullet train back to Shanghai.
