I M PLANNING TO TRAVEL TO HONGKONG ON MY WAY BACK I WILL B IN TRANSIT FOR 20 HRS IN BEIJING CHINA ....DO I NEED A VISA ?IF NOT... THEN MY SECOND QUESTION IS GOING OUT OF THE AIRPORT IS PERMITTED FOR THAT MANY HRS ???THANK YOU.
