About:Chinese Embassy in U.K.

Hi, I'm going to be working in China and will obtain a Z Visa.
I want to take my Wife and 2 children with me to live in Shanghai [6yrs and 18yrs].
With respect to the Working Visa, are there any restrictions regarding my 18yr old daughter?
Thanks a lot,
Pete

There are not any restrictions for your 18 years old daughter to apply for dependant visa.

Accompanying family dependents of personnel working in China should provide related note, letter or visa notification (should be used within 6 months since its issuing date) issued by an authorized unit or documents proving their status as dependents.
